Mátra Biker Sport Club (MBSC) promotes green and sustainable travel, education, and greater environmental responsibility. Our mission is to better people's lives through different sports activities, children's summer camps and youth development as well as to support people, future generations, and the planet.
Since 2009 MBSC has been working towards its aim so there are more and more safe cycle paths and roads out there to get together and where children get to know the importance of responsible and safe cycling, discovering their talents, developing themselves, keeping active and healthy, exploring and adventuring. We have developed a network of 150 kilometers of mountain bike routes in the Mátra Mountains, Hungary. Our efforts are aimed at the younger and rising generations to develop healthy, capable, and resilient children while providing a range of opportunities - safe, engaging, challenging, fun programs - for all levels of sport participation. The program endeavors to improve the general health and well-being of people.
MBSC is actively involved in rider development, event promotion, volunteering, and charitable events. As well as competing in races, we regularly organize social, touring, and recreational rides.
All ages and abilities are welcome! Membership is open to anyone.

Cleanup days:
Our cleanup days are environmental actions for a cleaner and healthier world that can reduce pollution and carbon footprint. Join our community cleanup event to clean and improve public spaces and the area of the Mátra Mountains, Hungary. Let's clean our communities together! You can volunteer!
Summer sports camp:
Children learn about the history, geography, and natural beauties of Hungary. We go biking and hiking through mountains and valleys touching several panoramic points. We gain insights into the operation of MVM Mátra Energia Zrt. and, with the cooperation of the Water Department of the Mátra Sports Association, into the world of water sports such as sailing, surfing, SUP, and kayaking. We have lectures on recycling, sustainability, and digital competitiveness with the generous contribution of the local university. Live guitar music at the lakeside in the evenings!
